A few months ago I came across a social media based website called Empire Avenue. I wanted to write a fair Empire Avenue Review and share with you how I’ve used Empire Avenue to help share my content online.
When you first sign up and join Empire Avenue you may find the overall layout to be a bit confusing, I had a few Facebook friends get confused about how the system works.
Just think of Empire Avenue as a social media game with virtual money.
What exactly will Empire Avenue do for me?
The main purpose of this system is to encourage sharing content.
Think of the system as a way to ask others to do tasks such as share a blog post, visit a page, like a YouTube video, Like a Facebook Fan page etc. You will then use this system to do the same for others to benefit them.
Empire Avenue regulates all of the shared content through a virtual currency called Eaves. It also uses a stock style trading system.
Essentially Empire Avenue allows you to connect all of your social media sites to their platform and score you based on your activity & friends among other things that may boost your social scores with each connected site.
I’m going to go through some basics and explain all of this in more detail below.
Getting started with Empire Avenue
You are going to start with a stock eaves rate around 12-15e. As a new member you will find other members ‘investing’ their eaves stock into you.
The more social sites you connect and the more active you are the higher your chances of your stock being more valuable to your investors (other people).
As you invest in others you can earn a daily dividend stock rate from their social activity as well. You will start out with 100,000 Eaves just to get you going.
Browse the expand category and you will see new members among current members, everyone will have a share price for the amount of Eaves needed to purchase a share. For example, my current share price is around 70e. You can see that on my profile here.
You can invest a maximum of 200 shares per person until you purchase upgrades later on, new users have a cap of 200 shares regardless until a certain time frame has passed.
So what are the eaves for?
Eaves are going to allow you to share your social content like I mentioned earlier. The big advantage to eaves is the ability to create what Empire Avenue calls missions.
A mission can be pretty much any type of social media based interaction with other members. I can take my eaves and reward them to others for sharing my content, they will then be able to use those eaves to create their own missions for people to share their content, make sense?
In order to create your first mission you will need to have reached a stock eaves rate of 30e, this is not hard to accomplish within a day if you spend some time on the site connecting all of your social media networks and doing some missions for others to get exposure in the system.
If I create a new mission I can choose to allow a set number of users, 10, 20 or more to go say Tweet my blog post, I will set a specific eaves rate such as 1000e and Empire Avenue will withdraw from my eaves account based on the number of users I’ve requested complete my mission and they will in return earn the specific set amount of eaves I specified, in this case 1000e.
You will see people setting up missions with rewards from 500e as high up as 10,000e or maybe even more. Empire Avenue users will request various tasks such as:
- Like A YouTube Video
- Subscribe to YouTube Channel
- Follow On Twitter
- Re-tweet a Tweet
- Favorite a Tweet
- Like a Facebook fan page
- Friend Request on Facebook
- Visit a Website or Blog
- Request Google +1 shares
These are just a few of the examples most users will request on Empire Avenue.
How I use Empire Avenue
I have personally used this to get my blog posts shared over the various social networks and I’ve made multiple Facebook friends as well as gained new fans for my page just by creating a few missions.
As for my Empire Avenue Review, overall I find the site to take some time to get used to. Once you have the hang of the basics it’s not very difficult to start helping others with their missions and creating your own.
As I stated above the eaves system allows Empire Avenue to play like a game and get your content exposure while you do the same for others. The more you participate the more eaves you will receive over time, as with most social media sites like this the more consistent you are the better.
I was able to crank out an hour lunch break just doing missions and earned over 250,000 eaves allowing me to purchase a share upgrade. The site can be addictive and I personally suggest spending 15-20 minutes a day doing a few missions, investing in others and setting up your own missions to help yourself out.
It’s a win-win system and there are absolutely no disadvantages to getting involved with Empire Avenue!
If you are ready to sign up, head over to the site here.
As a bonus for those of you reading this I am going to include a video from my 5 Day Free Internet Marketing Boot Camp, this is what I send my subscribers on Day 3. It’s a video where I go over the whole system and take about 10 minutes showing you how I use Empire Avenue.
